The cancellation request will have to be submitted before the order is shipped.
The funds will be returned the way you paid for your order.
Damaged items: Any
items damaged in transit, please take photos of the box. Along with photos of
the damaged item(s). Please email the photos and a brief description of the
damage item(s). After reviewing the email, we will make a decision as to how
to proceed. If everything is approved we will send out an replacement of damaged
product(s). Also please be sure to send the photos within 15 days of receiving
we take 7-10 business days to ship out orders. Wholesale orders can take
2-3 weeks to process. Once the order is shipped you will receive your tracking
information via email. We currently don't have an express shipping options.
